The audio segmentation tool, originally described in the paper cited below, but continuously improved since then, is freely available for scientific purposes. The software locates the  broadband and telephone band speech parts, it segments the speech parts into speaker turns and it performs a clustering and a gender classification of the speaker turns. If you are interested in using the software for your research, please send a request to martens [at] elis [dot] ugent [dot] be.
